We meet at the property, study existing conditions, take measurements, and identify the questions that need answers before pricing.

Proposal & Planning
Scope, allowances, selections, responsibilities, and schedule are organized into a clear plan before work begins.
Decisions become a buildable plan. - 04
Step 4
Construction
The work proceeds with a defined point of contact, protected living areas, documented decisions, and regular updates.
Communication remains part of the craft. - 05
Step 5
Final Walkthrough
We review the finished work together, resolve remaining details, and close the project with documentation—not a rushed exit.
